The truth is, you will find cheaper alternatives, but these piano lamps are typically made overseas with cheap materials. Our lamps are handcrafted in the USA from the finest materials. The difference in quality is very obvious if you hold one of our lamps in hand versus a cheaper alternative.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We make returns very easy!

If your piano lamp is delivered defective for any reason, we will replace it at our expense. This includes the bulb(s) that are included with each lamp.

Within 30 Days: If you receive your piano lamp and decide you don't want it, you can return or exchange it within 30 days if it's in new condition with its original packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded.

After 30 Days: If it's past 30 days and the piano lamp is in new condition with its original packaging, you can still return or exchange it. Shipping costs are not refunded and you will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.

To process a return or exchange, forward your receipt and details to returns@buypianolamps.com. Once we receive the package and it's inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped for free within 48 hours via UPS Ground which takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed Monday or Tuesday. Please note, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (plus Washington, DC) and UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Bulb-only orders ship out via regular USPS mail which takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. Furthermore, USPS does not provide tracking numbers.

How Do I Track My Order?

After you place your order, you will get access to a page that shows the shipping status and UPS tracking of your order. You can visit this page for updates. Furthermore, you will get an email from us when your order ships.

Do Your Piano Lamps Come With A Warranty?

Our piano lamps are guaranteed against manufacturer's defect for two years from date of sale. We offer this type of warranty because our lamps are well-built and we stand behind them.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Yes, but only on orders shipping to a New Jersey address. The sales tax rate for these orders is 7%.

How Do I Care For My Piano Lamp?

Our piano lamps should be cleaned with a soft cloth and warm water. Please do not use soap or glass cleaner because some of their ingredients may damage the lamp's finish.
